Meet the Naples Team Behind TruePane Windows & Doors
We’re a small crew by design. Every window and door that leaves our trucks in Naples gets installed by someone whose name you know, whose face you’ve seen, and whose work you can hold us to. This is the team that measures twice, shims patiently, and cleans the job site like it’s their own lanai. Between us we carry more than four decades in Florida glazing, and none of us are interested in rushing a job that has to hold up to hurricane season. That’s the whole point of being here.
Our People
Marco R., Lead Technician
Marco has been setting windows and doors in Collier County since 2006, and he’s seen every mistake the Florida climate can expose. Before joining TruePane in 2014 he spent years doing new construction in Ave Maria and Lely Resort, which taught him exactly how sloppy rough openings become five-year warranty claims. He’s factory-certified on PGT and CGI impact lines and handles our most complicated retrofits, especially the older 1970s and 1980s homes in Moorings and Park Shore where nothing is square and nothing is standard. Marco keeps a folding ruler in his back pocket even though he owns three laser measures, and he’ll tell you he trusts the old tool because it’s never lied to him.
Luis R., Senior Installer
Luis joined us in 2017 after running his own finish carpentry crew, and that background shows in the way he trims out a window or hangs a door so the reveal is dead even. He’s the person we send when a homeowner wants a custom geometric window mulled to a standard impact unit and expects it to look like it came from the factory that way. Luis handles a lot of our slider and French door replacements in North Naples and Golden Gate, and he’s the one who makes sure thresholds sit low enough for aging homeowners who don’t want a two-inch trip hazard at the lanai. He smokes brisket on weekends and has been known to bring leftovers to the shop on Mondays, which the rest of us consider a form of team-building.
Ellen S., Service Coordinator
Ellen grew up in Naples and went to Gulf Coast High School, so when you call us with a fogged window in Bayshore or a door that’s dragging in Victoria Park, she likely knows the exact subdivision and the typical construction style. She’s been coordinating window and door jobs since 2012 and keeps every project’s paperwork in order, which means both warranty layers get registered before the install truck leaves the driveway, every time. Ellen schedules our estimates and keeps the crew’s day moving without turning anyone into a line item on a spreadsheet. She knows most of our repeat customers by first name and remembers what brand of window they chose five years ago, which is not a skill you can teach.
Dale Kessler, Owner
Dale is a second-generation glazier who founded TruePane in 2008 because he was tired of watching out-of-true installs and voided warranties get shrugged off by people who should have known better. He was raised in the trade and still walks job sites in Naples to check reveals with framing square and level. Dale is the reason we quote manufacturer lines side by side on paper and the reason the 90-Day Done Right Promise has no fine print. He’ll tell you if the pane is not true, the job is not done, and after four decades in glass he doesn’t need to raise his voice to mean it.
One Standard, Every Job
Every install we do in Naples runs on the same standard, whether it’s a single replacement window in a 1950s cottage off Bayshore Drive or a full impact package on a two-story in Pelican Bay. We measure every opening twice, we set every unit level and square before we fasten anything, and we register both manufacturer warranty layers in writing before the truck rolls away. If something is not done right, we make it right under the 90-Day Done Right Promise, with no paperwork fights and no argument. That standard doesn’t change because a job is small, because a customer is easy-going, or because it’s the last appointment on a Friday. The Keystone Standard exists so you never have to wonder whether you got our best day or our rushed day. You got our only way of working.
